I think my favorite vintage style would have to be bohemian and I love this crochet top by Shabby Cat at Vintage Fair. If you like boho skirts, I made a few for the fair myself Also shown is the adorable new skin, Heather, from My UglyDorothy. I love the freckles on the face so much! Another new release is this mesh hair from Adore & Abhor. It comes in naturals, unnaturals, and ombre colors.

*Skims my fingers across the piano keys enjoying the sound they make* Vintage Fair opened yesterday and as soon as I saw this beautiful satin dress with lace embroidery from Bonne Chance, I knew it had to be mine. It’s the kind of nostalgic clothing I love, sexy yet sophisticated, so it found its way in to my inventory and I haven’t taken it off since.

I paired it with this gorgeous Veronica Lake inspired hair that Wasabi Pills has out for the event. Since I’ve been rocking these pretty turquoise eyes that are the newest giftie from Ikon, I figured I’d make sure they really popped against the ivory of this dress so I’m rocking this hair in red. I love the combined effect so much and just wanna stay like this forever. *Giggles*

Now who wants to play me a melody? You really didn’t think I knew how to play, did you? *Winks*

I truly, deeply love the privilege I have of working with Snowpaws. Each time I see a new creation added to the vast array of clever art, I’m in awe of this designer, her consistency in her work, week in and week out, and how amazing I feel when I get to try something new on that she’s constructed.

When I first tried on this dress, I immediately wanted to ‘show off’ how deliciously naughty the upper body of the gown was contrasted with the far more formal lower part of the gown. With or without the flexi addition on the skirt, the gown flows from sensuality to sleek and sophisticated as the eye is drawn to details. Floral decor decorates the décolletage just so the curves appeal to the eye without being out and out exposed. Dare a little and drop by Snowpaws to add Sadire to your Snowpaws collection!
