Lots O’ Goodness

Lots and lots to tell you about in this post so read carefully *wink*.

First up SHUZ (well of course). New go with anything Phoebe boots from lassitude & ennui at L’Accessoires. These are bonus boots as you get both light and dark wood accents in each set. Several colors to choose from of course. These are definitely goto boots for Fall and winter.

Love this new hair out from EMO-tions. I feel like I am in Flashdance for some reason! Look for the Naomi vendor.

Trompe Loeil has a big collection of baroque benches out for the Arcade Gatcha event. These are spectacular! Both light and dark woods can be won. THREE land impact points; be still my beating heart. Lots of poses to choose from. Wait a day or so as the sim is still full with folks clamoring at the gates .

My outfit is one of two I won on a lucky board at CRICKET» View author and full post… the other evening while picking up those great group gift rompers. Now to be truthful there are a few too many announcements for my tastes so I am turning those off and will check manually from time to time. Still a worthwhile addition to your groups if you have slots.

Gacha Mania

Happy weekend! The awesome gacha event The Arcade opened, and it seems most of SL (myself included) has gone gacha crazy! Crazy in the best way, of course. There are so many amazing items at the event, who could blame us?

We ventured down to the “Arcade Gatcha Event” this morning, the plan was to get up early and be one of the first few people there to beat the lag and to snap pictures for this post from the event sim. Well we made it on the sim, had a blast really, I love the sim ,the layout and the amusement park music just put me in a great mood. Unfortunately minutes upon our arrival the lag got out of control so we couldn’t take pictures on the sim (Aydan is determined to try later.) Anyways the event is awesome it has everything really from clothes, shoes, hair, skin, household items, pets, and accessories of all kinds. Which means there is something for everybody down there. We wanted to show some of our favorite items from the event you can head down to the Arcade <–here! And have some fun!

Me, Myself & I

Took a breather for my sanity the last few days and one thing I was anxiously waiting on was The Arcade event to open. Gatchas are one of my fave things in SL…I’m addicted to the fun. There are some great items at this event and tried to jam my fave items in one pic…but still have more to show. lol

The Zodiac Virgo shop is open until September 17 and just love this Happy Purity top. It has a great texture and detail with a bow that has beads on the ends. Purity is available in 6 colors. Also available is this great Delusions Tattoo. Posted before but had to again. Includes 3 layers faded & fresh; with/without Virgo symbol on neck.

A good day for relaxing calls for comfy/casual additions like Winona the latest release from Truth Hair and Podium summer flats. More notes below…

Top Ten Blogs

Gogo of Juicybomb put up a list of her Ten Favorite Blogs, and that seemed like a good idea so I followed suit. I tend to like people with strong perspectives that are different than me, whose posts make me think, or who find things I don’t find myself. I am less likely to seek out purely fashion blogs, if only because I already spend a lot of Linden in Second Life with the store information I get now!

Selecting just ten is hard and I follow most of the blogs on my sidebar pretty regularly, which is why they organize by last post date (I start where I remember leaving off and go up), so I’ll stick with some of the odder ones I like which I think should get a wider audience.

The person whose blog I always check multiple times is Emerald’s Eyes, but that’s because I find her really funny and we made friends through blog (my only blog-to-world friend; so cool!).She’s been quiet lately, but she really makes me laugh – her style reminds me a lot of The Bloggess and Hyperbole and a Half.
