About
BloggingSL is a feed for a mature audience and could be NSFW at times. View at your own risk if you’re at work.
The BloggingSL Feed is one of four themed feeds for residents of the virtual world Second Life, owned by syndicators Alon Alphaville and Alianna Logan. The goal of this feed is to bring together posts from the blogs of SL’s fashion bloggers as defined by those who are typically not advertising their own businesses but the creations of multiple designers with styling credits given and slurl’s. In some cases, creators may be included on BloggingSL if their posts have more of a fashion styling than advertising feel to them with credit given to fellow creators. Please understand that we typically do not want the same blog on all feeds because that defeats the purpose of having themes. If a blog is syndicated on one feed, it is likely not to be syndicated on another of our feeds unless certain criteria are met. BloggingSL is for all fashion bloggers. Though we adore having the best of the best bloggers here because they make the feed look fabulous, we also warmly welcome those who are just starting the journey into blogging and wanting to be seen. We all had to start somewhere!
Sister Feeds
DesigningSL – For creators in SL who post vendor ads or photos of new releases for their own creations. Advertising is desired for this feed, no fashion styling with credits to multiple designers.
HuntingSL – For hunts and events currently happening SL as well as media/publishing announcements, contests, and more. Fashion bloggers can be included if able to provide WordPress categories or Blogspot labels for hunt/event-related posts to exclude normal fashion styling posts.
LivingSL – A community feed for residents of SL that includes blogs outside of the fashion and hunts industries. Blogs on this feed are by Second Life residents who post about a wide variety of topics and may even mix in their real lives on their blogs. This feed is in the process of being populated and not yet open for viewing.
