I don’t change much….. I’m pretty resolute on most things in my life and i’m STUBBORN as hell with my avatar! But i’ve finally had a revamp…. a year since the last one!

I’ve finally moved on from my Beloved Jessica skin from My Dear – I love it and will probably chop and change into others but I demo’d Isla from League and it just works with my shape perfectly. I only really mention it because I try to credit everything in my blog posts but I tend to ignore crediting my skin because I never change it – so HENCEFORTH that’s League. LOL.

I just took this shot because I love my outfit. I made the dress…. it can be worn as a dress or a long top and it’s just so relaxed and floaty, very much my RL style. I’m also obsessed with this hair from Exile with their amazing new colour huds, and loving my Ikon eyes.

Hello All,

I’ve been such a busy bee inworld making new things for my store, and realise I have to come to a finite decision about what the purpose of this blog is – my store vs blogging fashion. From here on i’m going to stick to a FASHION BLOG format – not a store blog. I just don’t think it’s necessary! I’ll be uploading pics of my new releases to my Flickr Stream and the Demise of Flight facebook wall and encourage ya’ll to follow Demise of Flight on facebook (and add me as a friend – Nikki Demarazi) and to your photo streams on Flickr, however this blog was created for blogging, which it will primarily be from here on.

I will often times wear things I created, which I will blog as I would anything else by adding to my Avi’s overall style, and crediting my store along with any other’s I use. It shouldn’t be seen as bias – I love what I make, so I do wear it! I also love clothing, accessories and poses by other designers so i’ll keep using them too.

Now to the fashion!

Ah Berry – you’ve done it again. I’m loving Strawberry Singh’s meme posts – it’s so interesting to find out more about bloggers than just where they’re shopping. So following suit – here are 10 questions, answered by me about my FIRSTS in second life….

1. First SL Friend: I met two greats girls on the side of Help Island in my first week on SL – Kjenn and Kay and remain great friends with both. The first person I freinded was a RL friend who introduced me to SL, Xenajet Antiesse.

2. First SL Kiss: Some noob. I have no idea. The first boy who talked me into getting on a pose-ball to dance or whatever.

3. First SLex time/place/partner: It was my first week in SL and I thought I was super hot with my crazy-out of proportion shape and freebie underwear – I TP’ed to some sex-garden (RL I was at work with my RL colleage sitting beside me laughing) and I jumped on a poseball with some random guy and laughed my freaking head off. I’ve had the pleasure of playing with the latest prop by Image Essentials “Stairs to the Stars” released for the upcoming Hollywood Event!

This awesome prop is FULLY customisable – you can click it for menu’s to change the wallpaper, the rug on the stairs, the style of the banister, even the flowers in the vase – literally hundreds of combinations are available to match your every-look. I’ve found a few new favourites to share with you all, so put em’ together for this slightly edgy look (compared to my usual girlish-glee!)

Firstly I’ve delved out of my usual for this cute Tortile Peircing from Sour Pickles – I love it cause it come’s with a colour hud so you can tint it any colour you want – perfect for indecisive folk like me! These new Carrie heels from Redgrave are to die for, and include a hud with 12 colour options, and I found the skin-tone really easy to match – I don’t think i’ll be taking these off for a while. I also dropped into R.icielli yesterday to discover they have an amazing easter hunt up – each easter egg is $15L and this shirt was one of the finds! I’m actually planning on taking my alt’s over there to pick up a whole new wardrobe of options on the cheap!

So there’s a whole lotta new! I have to post more often to justify all my spending XD Happy shopping!

I am more than a little bit Stepford. I LOVE cooking gourmet feasts and pampering my boyfriend – what a shame I don’t look this glamorous about the house in the real world!

Hi lovelies! I’m happy to announce the release of some cute new goodies for Demise of Flight – here they are!

These Ombre minidresses are one of my favourite creations thus-far -the cutout back is so sexy and the shift-dress front is adorable – the perfect party dress!

This cute group pose can be used for the group of three lovely ladies as pictured, or a duo – the pose is copy/mod, so you can shift the far right pose-ball out of the picture and pose it up with your bestie without it being awkward or noticeable that there’s a third poseball not being used! I try to do lil’ things like this with my poses so they’re a bit more flexible

Procrastination – i’m an expert at it!

I love blogs. There are a few blogs that I adore, and read religiously, and Strawberry Singh’s is one of those few that I just can’t bear to miss out on. Strawberry posts meme style posts from time to time with the intention that other bloggers follow suit, and I think it’s a great way for me to relaunch myself into the blog-o-sphere after my recent hiatus – so here we go!

Hi Lovelies! Demise of Flight is so proud to be a part of the SL Buddy Walk – all proceeds of my sales at this event are going 100% to the charity, which is raising funds for Downs Syndrome awareness. I’m passionate about this cause and encourage you all to visit and spend up to raise money for a worthy cause.
