Kitty LOVES The Catnip Carnival!

Well come on guys, I wasn’t going to dislike it given that it’s so feline-centric!

It’s a bijou event; there are only a handful of participants and it won’t take you more than ten minutes to peruse the offerings that are available, but every single item on show is lovely and raises funds for Kitties. YAY FOR KITTIES!

You’ll find furniture, skins, poses, hair clothing and jewellery from ten superb content creators who have generously contributed items to the cause. The full dazzling array of loveliness can be viewed via the Seraphim blog or by visiting Elysium’s Pinterest boards, but I thought I’d share a few of my favourite finds from the event with you here.

I’ve mentioned before that I’ve fallen totally in love with Izzie Button’s work, and she has provided a fantastic skin, ‘Irene’, to this event. It comes in pale and mocha tones (you get each shade in the pack) and features a discreet cat-eyeliner. I tried the demo on and was completely sold. At L$890 for two superb quality skins I’d say you can’t go wrong, and it works really well with the fantastic hair that Truth has contributed to the event, see?

This dress from Leezu is just so very lovely, I had to blog it tonight. A mixture of mesh, flexi and rigged that actually works so well together because as much as I adore mesh, I miss the swish of flexi at times when I wear a dress. The texture of this dress is just beyond lovely, the style…all of it. Beautiful!

Ohhh, take a peek at my skin. Its one of the rares from Belleza for Arcade Gacha June round that is opening in just over a week. OMG this new face, Ellie, is just beyond lovely. You will want ALL THE SKINS! I just told Felicity that I was feeling wired enough to take pics of all of them tonight so I can show you all. YAHHHHH for coffee!

The Liaison Collaborative- The Boutique opened its doors for another round on May 15th and will run until June 10th.

As soon as I saw this adorable Berry dress by Valentina E., I knew I had to get it. To me, the brand is getting better and better with each release they put out.

I paired it with the Ikon Destiny eyes and *~*HopScotch*~* Springy Nails. The nails are a hud that can be used with Slink hands.

Belleza has five fantastic versions of their Ava skin out at the event as well. I adore the bold makeup’s, and of course had to get all five. Below is my favorite as one picture, and then the other four:

Hello! I wanted to show off this adorable necklace by Cae. I picked it up at a great event called Avatars for Animals that is going on until May 26th. Avatars for Animals is the idea of one of my favorite bloggers, Harlow Heslop. The purpose of the event is to provide support to small, underfunded animal shelters and welfare groups. As Harlow explained, it will help out the small shelters that are overcrowded and understaffed. So I went shopping…and bought lots of adorable things! Dream with me…

I’m not much for contests, having only done really two other ones prior ({mon tissu} and Glam Affair), but I thought I would try my hand at Truth Hawk’s “TRUTH Model Search” contest in which you can find out all the information HERE.
