Had to get down to a Government Office first thing this morning and let me just say … when that happens you have to be up, shower and shaved and perfumed and coiffed well in advance of the opening hour.  I have to say that when your government can’t figure out what time their offices open … it does not leave one with an overall sense of “she’ll be right” when it comes to …. I don’t know … matters of life and death???

I find myself wrestling with a couple of questions …. was it an individual faux pas or a group effort?? Is it that someone doesn’t know how to read, to tell time ….or maybe how to type or use the internet??? Perhaps it was an epic group fail … everyone got lost on their way to the office or they could not figure out, between the dozen of them or so, how to unlock the front door.

Maybe when a group of people work together long enough in a government office all their IQ’s are lowered to a very low and equally unresponsive quantity (or lack thereof of lack … lots of lack … thereof …).

What do you say when someone working in that office smiles at you, after you have waited outside with a mob of 230 of your newest friends on account of you are bonded by the fact you can all clearly read, tell, time, work the internet and drive …

Nails…Without manicured nails i wont leave my home. Manicured nails just give that extra look to your style for that day or moment.

Yellow is not usually a colour a child picks for themselves. It is the crayon reserved for blonde hair and the smiley spider up in the right hand side of most of our drawings aka “the sun.”

Yellow is easter and a forced dress for church but it is a soft yellow like a little fluffy baby chick without the fluff unless you have a crinoline on then you are a stiffer scratchier kind of fluff. Baby chickens don’t wear crinolines.

That’s a real shame if you think about how darn cute chicks in baby ballerina outfits would be … a whole new pinterest category …

Life is really all about what pinterest category you fall into, if anyone “likes” you and if they are willing to follow or repost. In fact people fall into two categories only … those we would repost and those we don’t. Could you please line up respectively? Thanks.

Beauty queen contestants who wear yellow never win. That is because the judges are like the rest of us they don’t see the lovely fashion … they just see an oversized baby chick and oversized baby chicks cross the cute line into scary.

It is also a sign of trying too hard.

Someone posted a pic from the seventies on their facebook page that I think is someone who used to go to school with me and although she says not and that she grew up on the other side of the world, I think it is a ruse to get me to let my guard down and let her stalk me from up close – probably because her eyesight is failing ….

I know Facebook has never called me on the lies I told when I filled out the sign up forms. 

I mean her picture may not look like anyone I went to highschool with but how do I know that is even her real pic?  Do you know how many people put up random pics of themselves and say there I am, don’t I look fab? like no-one notices that in the last pic they put up “of them” was a woman who was a petite size 2 , turned up nose, blonde fine hair, and blue eyes and this one is of a bronzed, chiseled, glamazon?  Just because you are turned sideways doesn’t mean we can’t tell. 

And then there are the people who had plastic surgery and the guys who are now women.
