SF Design has such lovely clothes to show you. I used to work there once upon a time so I know. I still had this darlin’ ‘lil’ cocktail dress in my inventory so I put it on, thinking you might like to have a peek at it. I love it myself and never get tired of wearing it. I was digging in my inventory and found a ROCKBERRY LM, so I went there to see how the store’s doing. Nice as ever and they had some Lucky Letter skin boards that happened to have an “A” on them, at the time, so below is the one I decided to blog for you. The beautiful hair I found at Alli&Ali’s Mainstore, at their floor box sale that’s going on. You should wander around in there. There’s something for everybody.

Ready For Love?

It’s the 11th day of Lunar New Year today and I’m back for a little blogging then I’ll be off for another week. This has been the most tiring celebration for me. Chinese celebrate the new year for 15 days and during these 15 days, Chinese New Year greetings, lion dances and firecrackers are still seen and heard, children and unmarried adults are still receiving the customary red packets containing money from married adults.

The festivity marks an end on the 15th day with big feasts and big bangs. On this day, there is a popular event being organized by some communities in my country for single individuals who seek for love. Single women would write their names and telephone numbers on the mandarin oranges and throw it in the river or lake and the single men would randomly pick one as an indication of possible love.

Those were the lines I read in many horoscope articles. With that in mind, I attempted to make a shape with this lovely skin from Swan. I started with emphasis on her face, visualising her eyes, lips and nose, avoiding the few parts that I have seen so often – narrow beady eyes and thick full “frowning” lips. And finally I made her wear a cropped hair. Voila! Here she is …. my “Miss Aquarius”!

Its The Season…

It’s the season to get glammed up…parties galore and events too attend…you really need to start thinking about your outfits. Just in time is a new range of party frocks from coldLogic….lordy…these new babies are sizzzzzly hot ! Above I’m wearing “cringle” in the natural tone…fits like a glove…and hugs in all the right places. Darling peplum frill at the waist is right on trend…I added a stole from Bubblez, a makeover from Mock Cosmetics and a sleek hair-do by clawtooth…voila..Im ready for the festivities…

The colour ranges in this new release are , what Id think of as “grown up”…subtle…yet as above with the “frost” dress….playful and sparkly enough to be fun ! Frost is glittery…and I so love this cheerful bright ruby red…cut away arms…mini length…just my cup-of-tea…

In real life I try to steer away from wearing so much black these days…I used to be addicted too it…”holly” in the delectable slate tone is a nice direction to take…glam enough for evening wear…a lovely shade to wear with gold or silver accesories…it lso has some beautiful detailing around the hip and hemline to provoke interest without being glaring…I found this set from Addictions jewelry in my messy inventory - ”daisies” in tanzanite…I think it’s just purrrfect for the slate dress no?» View author and full post…

Cartoon Friends In a Cartoon World

I couldn’t resist checking out LEA13 between Honour McMillan’s post and Cajsa already being there and insisting that it was amazing. I wasn’t prepared for the stark beauty or the enchanting whimsy the place would inspire. Cajsa loved it so much she sent some blasts that people should come join us.

Our friend Hart Larsson of PXL Creations did just that!

Hart must’ve found it to be as playful and fun as we did, because he lead a bout of random dancing that must’ve gone on for nearly 45 minutes.

It’s so easy to forget that our second existence is supposed to have entertainment quality. I haven’t laughed so hard in months as we shared silly dances and gleefully whirled around the installation.

I had originally planned to shoot there and rave about the Donna Flora new releases – Squinternet remains one of my favorite creators and I’m wearing both new jewelry – Anastacia – SO elegant, and a new dress – Nina in pink dots!

I told my friend Vaki last night I might never have looked so girly. If my avatar dies – someone needs to make sure I get buried in this.

Hello There !

Well today I said it already in the Title, but anyways … Hellos Sweets !

Dressed For A Concert

Last week I took a breather from blogging after my last post on Fashion For Life event which has ended on Tuesday. I got to know Ms Rulie Cisse was going to perform in the morning and it was high time I attend her piano performance after hearing so much about her from my friend and I had long bought myself a dress ready to wear for the concert.

Though this time her performance was at an outdoor venue and no particular dress code stated, I had prepared myself in a cocktail dress instead. I didn’t want to loose too much time changing again. I arrived at the venue just before the performance and adapted quickly into the majority Japanese audience.

Rulie Cisse is a very talented realtime piano improvisation performer. When she started playing, I was in awe and then got so immersed in the melodic tunes until the end of the 1 1/2 hours performance. The beautiful flowing tunes evoked my senses to a level I’ve never encountered. It was a spectacular performance! I am now a big fan of Ms Rulie Cisse.
