News at Mea Culpa! Right for the Christmas season Tatanka Kaligawa owner and designer of Mea Culpa released a few wonderful new designs. One of the is the “Last Succubus”.

The gown is a wonderful combination of black and red and has some wonderful features and details. The buttons and some parts of the dress have textures that kinda move if you take a closer look and the huge tentacles add a cool, mystic feeling. The huge collar is something that caught my eye, as I really like this kind of neck collars. The textures of the whole gown again show how skilled, talented and full of ideas Tatanka is. The wa how filigree the red lines go over the whole gown, how they look like on the flexible prims… just amazing and it again shows how much work and love for the detail Tatanka puts in his creations. At the neck part in the front you can see a little lace part, that gives you the imagination of a laced undershirt that is worn under the corsage of the gown. The “Last Succubus” can be worn as a very elegant gown or even styled for an avantgardistic matter.

Elettra Gausman contributed the wonderful “Sexy Night” dress. An amazing mix of pink and purple that has a very sexy touch as well because of the wonderful holes at the cleavage and belly. The filigree ornaments on the upper border of the gloves, under the chest, at the neck and at the bottom of the dress show off how much love Elettra Gausman puts in her creations.

The hair comes from EMO-tions and it is a little revolution in hair designing. This hairstyle is a 2 in 1 idea, that I never saw before in that kind. You simple wear the hair and if you touch it you get a menu, that let you change between style A and style B. Summer in the city, summer in the country… summer everywhere Finally we have all the hot and dry weather in germany as well with temperatures that really makes life not so easy anymore :p Maybe that’s why I went insane and dressed up in pink all over *grins*

As I have still trouble with shooting pics with shadows, this time Leah McCullough jumped in to help me for the snapshots. Totally sad I was talking to her, told her that I have all set, styling, poses… but that I always crash as soon as I just enable the check mark in the shadows and lighting box in the preferences. She immediately asked if she could help with just doing the snapshots and I jumped up and down very happy as I saw another chance to do pictures for a new blog post. Today I was in a little rebel mood and decided to go a bit wild and urban for my LOTD. A few new releases made the perfect look for the mood I was in

The skirt is one of the latest mesh releases from Tee*fy and it gives a very cool touch even with the floral texture. The wonderful “Liliana”mesh top of Glam Affair from the ‘Sent to Destroy’ line made the perfect combination to the skirt. While I was styling Monica Outlander, owner and designer of Miamai released her new “Karya” mesh boots and the matched perfect :p

For the tattoo I used the “Lady Luck” from v3 one of my favourite tattoo stores. All the v3 tattoos I have different styles and shades in each pack. So you can decide if you wanna show a fresh tattoo or even one that already faded a bit, because of the time you have it

The jewelry is a combination of the “Orbital” collar and bangles of blackliquid and a necklace from the Vanilla Designs closing sale.

For the poses I stumbled across an older pose pack from Trinity Graves, owner and designer of Avante Poses. The “Oh Boi Girl” set exactly matched the cool, powerful and as well fun look from today And now I will see where I can go and show off my LOTD

My hair in this outfit is from analog dog. Analog dog and the newer line “point b” are both on sale right now because soon MESH is coming to analog dog. I can’t wait to see what Queue Marlowe does with mesh!

I did a lot of nice gowns, cute casuals and wonderful summer outfits lately. I can do that to a certain point… being nice, sweet, polite, “normal” and maybe even cute. But then some when it breaks through again and I have to do something weird, crazy and edgy :p

I was listening to one of my favourite bands (linked above) and just started styling…

This time the beginning of the look was the new “Downward Spiral Gauge” piercing set of Haus of Darcy (HoD). This amazing and unusual set of piercings brought me on the thought of a fantasy elf. I reminded a skin from Tableau Vivant that was a group gift in the past… a male skin. But for some reason the face was not looking that much male and more like all the new androgyny skins that are on the grid and I really loved what it did with my face… just the upper body looked not that nice as I am a female and it looked kinda weird. I tried to find clothing that covered the most parts but nothing made the vibe that I wanted. Finally I found a very old outfit from Chaospire, really one of the very first ones I ever bought.» View author and full post…
