Some time ago i did a blog about some of my favourite shops over the past year, on that post you can find here: These are a few of my favourite things part 1 i talked mostly about skins, and of course a lot was left out, so today i bring you clothes and jewelry.

Now let´s talk about clothes, the advent of mesh brought a lot of changes to how we wear clothes these day, issues with standard sizes, templates and deformer where highly talked this year, most creators had to adapt and learn not also mesh but rigging, for some it was easier than for others, a huge amount of new shops came out, and a few won ground in customer preferences. I adore mesh clothes, system layers and even hybrids of both.

The amount of shops i usually wear here is quite big and it would be impossible to talk extensively about them all, so i´m gonna simply name a few of my favourites over the past year and talk maybe a bit more on some newcomers.

And when i say a few i mean only a few, I remember well a year ago when mesh was new, there where only a few stores selling mesh and the quality was very different then what we have today, the SL fashion industry changed and moved into the future finally, leaving a lot of people lost and confused.

Today mesh is a huge part of our SL lifes stores embraced it, some going full mesh, some going partial, some embracing it in a whole no different way recently, with the coming of mesh boobs and appliers for them so that regular system clothes could literally embrace the mesh itself.

Over the year we´ve seen new brands arriving, old ones revamping themselves and a whole lot of new things, today i was a bit bored, i´ve been busy this holiday season like you all, but today i found i had a little time to sit down and organize my inventory, as usual i was looking at events stuff, moving things into folders, opening boxes, trying out things, and i usually look a mess when doing so, i wanted to take a pic of the new Bilo skin for this months Zodiac, I had no idea what hair to wear and luckily i had stopped at My Attic and grabbed this cute Ploom updo and i realized i was not only wearing some holiday colours but i was wearing some of my favourite brands, and over this year i gained so many favourite stores i decide to do a few more pics of random stuff from random events i have laying about.» View author and full post…

I know I've being relapse in blogging, but RL is taking over during this last couple months. But lets try to run against the clock and make the little time I have in SL worth it!

There are many, many events going on SL right now, some are near to end… like With Love Hunt, a hunt with great creators setting items worth 400L at least for only 10L.

This pictures were taken on my beloved place, Kittens Heaven, that is my winter wonderland. You can find an ice skating tour near the café, also my yard sale with items from arcade.

There are still an abundance of events going on, hell, when ISN’T there an abundance of events going on!?! But some of the best ones I’ve been to are still rocking, and some of the best I have yet to go to… are almost upon us!

First a look at a few bits that are coming up for The Arcade from Sways and Pididdle!

I CANNOT. CAN.NOT with how gorgeous these items from Sway are. These Clocks might actually be some of the best items I’ve seen in SL, ever. The work that must have gone into them is mindblowing. The texturing on them is simply divine and they are the cutest things EVER!!!! There is something for everyone, I believe, that will fit into the decor of anyones room, and if not.. just get them because they are fookin’ adorbs.

There are 10 to collect, each with their own mini theme, moving pendulums and working time, the land impact of these babies is only 5LI too!  I’ve taken a few close up shots of the main feature of the clocks, and I can’t stop looking at it because it’s THAT pretty!!!    I imagine these will be one of the hottest swap/sought after items at The Arcade this round!» View author and full post…
