Hola ! Weeeeeeeeeeeeee ! One of my favourite events is starting . The Home & Garden Expo is ready to roll later today. With an amazing eleven sims to wander and shop in, party in and play in ! You really shouldnt miss it, there’s also a breedables fair contained within it *ohmaiii*, SO much to do, So much to buy !

Lets get this ginormous partay started then huh?! You will find each designer has items on their pitch that are donation pieces. This means a percentage goes to the RFL charity collection. Each Expo exhibitor will be selling special new items for Relay For Life and the American Cancer Society so you can shop and help cancer patients and their families in real life too. This year’s Expo will feature eight regions full of home products, two sims just for the breedables fair and one entertainment sim where you can take a break from shopping and party in style. There is going to be a lot to see and do at this year’s Expo!

Have you been saving up your Lindens for the Home & Garden Expo that starts tomorrow? Not even two weeks ago Drew and I were looking for a larger home to accommodate our nieces and nephews for the weekend that they were to stay with us. After picking one up just so they could have a roof over their heads, Drew found another that he preferred the following day…. The sucker is THREE FLOORS! At the moment of this posting it is only half decorated. We thought we had so much décor in our inventories but holy heck… not to fill this place. Luckily, the H&G expo starts tomorrow and we can buy ALL THE THINGS!!! Although we will probably just end up buying a few more houses because we have a slight addiction…

This very lovely landscape is one of the offerings from Two Moon Gardens available at the Expo. Wild flowers, tufts of grass, flowering trees, butterflies and even a pavilion with a bench make a splendid and romantic combination. Be sure to stop by and pick up yours!

You’ve all been waiting for it with baited breath, and it’s almost here! The 6th Annual Home and Garden Expo for 2013! Just the biggest and the best home and garden extravaganza supporting Relay for Life on the Grid! And this years event is jam packed full of new and exciting things to see, plus a special “Blind Hunt” spread across multiple Sims with prizes and gifts from your favorite Home and Garden designers. The Expo begins on the 24th of May, and will run until the 2nd of June. That means there is plenty of time to explore the numerous Sims and exhibitors participating in this fantastic event as well as to explore!

Cleo Design has some beautiful new additions instore. I’m sat at the “Breakfast in the garden” table above…it comes complete with the most mahoooosive set of food and condiments ! It’s the type of breakfast Id treat myself to on vacation…the chairs come with heaps of poses, some that give you props to wear such as the book and coffee I’m using in the photo. You also get mesh plants, the background complete with lilac sprig, alcove and jug of lilacs, and of course the perfect linen covered table….go see it, it’s totally romantic .

Also keep your eyes peeled for the new Turkish coffee set….SO pretty….I had to show you one of the cups close up. The teal green and gold are just gorgeous. The set comes on a silver tray, you can decide how many cups of coffee you place out, prims allowing ! Theres also a new summer tea set…just right for having out on the patio. Thanks Cleom <3

The Nest has a pretty cool Scavenger Hunt happening right now…just like the hunts I used to love doing yearssss back ! The clues are riddles, which you have to solve to find the gifts…and they aren’t always in the store, they can be hidden anywhere on the sim ! Dont worry though, I found them and I’m absolutely dire at hunts, so it’s not SO hard. Above is the fabbo prize from Cleo Design…lovely chair (touch the shadow for options on cushion textures) and a side table laden down with afternoon tea treats ! I love this set and shall have to squeeeeze it in at home someplace.

I also found this fantabulous cube gift from culprit…its stuffed with great poses and the texture of the piece is deeliciously strokabubble ! The wire frame is the prize from CheekyPea…low prim and perfect for your home…the rug is from iMukka…new-to-me store…blown away by the realism of the fur texture…(other furs available for sale)

Last up for today is the gift from CIRCA…It really tickled me ! If you manage to find this one you’ll gain yourself a rather splendid toilet, that not only has a sitting pose in it..but you can also have a goldfish swimming around in the bowl or a fountain spraying up !» View author and full post…

My fav gacha store came up trumps yet again. Here I am broke and I managed to create a wonderful spot of interest in my SL lounge for just 2 L! The television is one prim..isnt that marvellous?! The tv stand is also just one prim. Now, the trick is to play the gacha machine and try to get one of each…its only 1L a go and each item is transferable…so you can act all generous and hand any you don’t want to keep to your friends yay! If you touch the button on the top left, its switches the set on, the button top right changes the channels (yes really!) I’m not sure how many stations it has..but its FUN playing around with it. Great vintage look with its bent ariel…the stand is wood and kinda 70′s style…dark wood…absolutely terrific!
