It’s been a long winter over in my part of the world… teasing us with a hint of Spring here and there, but never quite sure if it will last. I even know a few SL friends out west and north that are still having to put up with snow!   Around SL, Spring is clearly here and in full swing, reflected in the fashions hitting the stores as well as the beautiful home & garden items debuting.

I have been taking full advantage as I try to get my own home in SL decorated for the season and if you’re looking to do the same, I highly recommend you not miss this new event “The Garden” by The Liason Collaborative that just began this week and will run through May 10th.  This round’s theme is English Garden Party and they have some amazing items out by many of your favorite home and garden designers like {What Next}, Cheeky Pea, and LISP as well as some up and coming ones like Alouette featuring the gorgeous Garden Party set and RageWorks who designed this very lovely detailed Gazebo.

In addition to The Garden, many of the other events and new store releases are featuring pastel shades to compliment and lots of floral patterns are the trend.  I picked up this frilly and feminine top over at Tee*fy and found the wide legged linen pants at BOOM out for FLF last week to match perfectly.  The poses I’m using are NEW from oOo Studio and are out today only for Fifty Linden Fridays, so be sure to grab those!
