I know I am a bit early with this, but it is Friday where I live, so I am justifying it.  I am away from the computer for a day or three so I wanted to get this out now.

It is actually an exciting post cos it is about a hunt.  It is called The Courtyard Hunt and is to celebrate the new Courtyard Home and Garden area and to introduce you to the stores there.  You will either find the items in the Courtyard Stores or the Mainstores of the stores who have satellite stores at The Courtyard.  Hope that makes sense.

The hunt is not long, only 20 stores, but the quality is GREAT!  Here is the WEBSITE with all the clues etc.

The Christmas Expo has tons of great home items…sharing just a few with you today.

Also, there are many activities going on at Expo.  One of which is a Christmas Expo Raffle that is located at the Raffle building on Xmas Expo 2.  It’s only L$100 each or 3 for L$250 to enter. I encourage you to hop over and check out all the great prizes donated this year.  You don’t need to be present to win and ALL proceeds from the raffle go to Relay For Life/American Cancer Society!

Well, lucky you did cos I have so much more furniture to show that means you could redecorate your house before Christmas!

I have furniture from the Fab 4 Event and from the Relay for Life Christmas Expo. Both are definitely worth a visit because these items are sooo good and you will find much, mush more than I have shown here.

Hi readers! In just a few hours, the 2012 Xmas Expo will open. This event is a fundraiser event for Relay for Life and the American Cancer Society. It runs from Dec. 6th -19th and features everything from races to auctions to live music, and of course, shopping! I’ve got a few pics of some of the fabulous goodies you can purchase at this event with a portion of the proceeds of these sales going to charity. With the event spanning over 4 sims, it’s definitely got something for everyone!

First, let’s start with some furniture. The awesome mesh fireplace and cozy chair are from Katy’s Kreations. As you can see, the texturing in these items is amazing and the chair has 7 sits with mirror versions making it perfect for lounging up in front of the fire. Speaking of fireplaces, this next holiday themed one is by PRIME 1 and features adorable little built in seats with 4 sits making it perfect for holiday photos.

The Home & Garden Expo opened today and runs until May 28th at 10p SLT.  The Expo benefits Relay For Life of Second Life, a fundraising campaign for the American Cancer Society.  There are 13 sims showcasing the best in home & garden goods as well as a breeders fair.

So along with the Expo…I will squeeze in fashion of course.  First this cabana is a great exclusive as is the furniture set that includes the plants.  Also the great house just behind me is another wonderful exclusive.

Thought this styling was fitting for a casual day hanging out at home.  Blueberry will soon release these great mesh capris…the detail is amazing and they have the cutest curvy tooshie.  I’ve added TuttiFruitti’s mesh top from Culture Shock and Vanity Hair’s latest group gift.

…Keep Shopping! It’s a new event starting on 14th May. It’ll feature and concentrate on event exclusives, which piqued my interest.  We all love exclusives, after all.

The crown on these panties by ~Songbird~ randomly reminded me of Sweden, so I styled the shopping girl with blonde hair. I know, I know, feel free to faint now. The skin by EgoxentriKax was so tanned that it made me realize that the Swedes are really the Californians of the north. (Shyntae, if you see this: please don’t kill me!)
