Charisma is my very first avatar and the only one I use. I have two alts, one female and one male and I never ever use them. It baffles me how people quit their avatars and make new ones, it seems like such a waste of all the hard work you’ve put into it. Don’t get me wrong though, there are circumstances that call for a clean start and a new avatar.

For a long time, I role played seriously as a werewolf. I was part of a sim called Darkside and all of our RP was based off the Anita Blake books written by Laurell K. Hamilton. I had a whole back story about how I lead a normal life as a model and then had an abusive boyfriend who bit and turned me and he was then shunned by the pack. I even got “involved” (as part of a story line) with the leader of the werelions at one point which pissed off the Regina (werelion queen).

Ok, I'll admit it. When I was about 15, I was a huge fan of the Spice Girls. I think their songs are cutesy and catchy. My friends and I would break out in song whenever they'd come on the radio and pretend we were them. I somehow always wound up as Ginger so when I saw this dress from DCNY at this round of My Attic, I just knew I had to do some reminiscing. Oh and it also reminds me of my darling partner for obvious reasons so double bonus! *grins*

The fun pose prop I'm using is from W. Winx and features six built in poses plus the ability to customize the colors of the music notes and city skyline. I'm usually a location blogger but with easy scenes like this, it's easy to stay home and blog.

Morning Lovelies! <3

This morning I’m showing you a great new pose prop that [PM] Pixel Mode came out with a few days ago. The prop comes with 12 single poses and a hud to change the paint color, as well as the accessory color. It also comes with the Canvas Painter Shoes you see me wearing, and some extra props.

Maci and I decided to do the post together, so we got to work researching and mixing paint. See, we have had this parcel for awhile now, and I’m so lazy about getting it done, I need the extra kick in the pants to get started!

After all the paint was mixed and the research done, we put our best foot forward and started to get to work, choosing an awesome color of purple.

All was going well, until we ended up on the ladder together, both losing our footing. The photographer was not able to catch it, but I ended up right on top of Maci, knocking the wind out of both of us.

Right, so I thought that THIS WAS IT! I’d be able to blog again like before and it would be fucking marvelous.. Yeah, right. That lasted for a day. I go in and try to start blogging once again, but my computer is telling me no. The graphics with a combination of whatever else isn’t allowing me to, so until I can work something out or get a better computer, this post and my next one may be my last :/ At least for a while.

I’m quite proud of myself at this point because this is two posts in two days. Now, I KNOW that it won’t always be like this, but I would like to achieve around 3-4 posts per week unless I come up with a great idea and have to post extra (like today).

You ever grab a cup of coffee (or cup of cocoa in this case) and then remember that you haven’t checked the mail in a few days? Yeah, that’s happened to me way too often and being half-dressed, I decided I’d step out to check it before rushing back into the house and out of the cold.

But then I realized.. I locked myself out. Wonderful. It’s cold, I’m certain my roommate is STILL sleeping and I don’t have my phone on me. Excuse me while I let out a string of profanity. A moment of silence if you will.

Let’s just say the roommate is a hard sleeper and all of that banging on the door did no good. Might as well sit outside and drink my cocoa while I wait for her to get up. Sigh

Right, so I suck at blogging but.. it wasn’t my fault! Every time I tried to take a picture on FS, I would crash a horrible crash, so.. I gave up. Finally, I decided that enough was enough and as part of my New Year’s Resolution, it’s time for me to come back :> On a new viewer and I definitely will make this work!

The hair from .ploom. actually comes with a masquerade mask option in multiple colors! The cutest thing ever, tbh, so it’s definitely something you should go take a gander at. The dress from aper.Doll: happened to be part of her 12 day’s of Christmas (day #6), H.o.F is having a MAJOR sale, so I had to stop by and pick up quite a few things- one of which being this adorable jacket,  and the shoes are from fi*Friday and they’re by [whatever]!

I made a run through a few stops on the WITH LOVE HUNT, and this nightshirt went right to the top of my hunting list, because I’m a sucker for PJs in SL. I must always have PJs. PJs plus slippers? WINNER!

But, when I stretched out on my new cabinet bed from Trompe Loeil – sigh, I felt wide awake.

Too much on my  mind, and considering poses for an upcoming event, my brain became muddled and too active to even pretend I was going to sleep.

I wasn’t sure what to do but decided there was nothing for it but to stop pretending I was going to get any sleep – at least right now.

A good book and a cup of cocoa while the snow started to fall and the light began to invade the sky made me slightly sleepy. I finally stretched out on the new love seat from Cheeky Pea (also for the With Love Hunt and OMG for 10L).

At some point the sun came up. But by that time, I was sound asleep.
