Hey everyone!
A year flies fast when fun is involved. A year ago, another school was where I was going, called Cloverdale. Who knew that school was on the verge of closing?
After that school closed, I had the opportunity to go to another school, who, at the time, I had no idea how long they have been running the place. Now that I have experienced WES, I know there is no school like this one and I love it! And this month, they have introduced “core classes” where we have uniforms. Below you will see the full March schedule.
Now, the school is stronger then ever, bringing in some awesome roleplay for kids and is a family, not just a school environment.When asked a student why she liked going to willowdale, 7 year old Hollie said “i like the school cos its a friendly place that accepts anyone an everyone an the teachers try really hard to make sure that the kids have a fun time, an learn lots!” Below are just a few pictures of what this school has. I have waited for Monday, December 3, 2012 for a very long time .. what I mean by this is.. Today is my last day of college classes!! I do the whole “cap & gown” thing in a few weeks BUT I am done with the attending class portion. Hence the song I used for this post. It’s like Christmas for me really, I have worked so hard for this I feel really accomplished and educated and everything that comes with completing a serious goal in life. I didn’t go to college right after high school.. I worked, hung out, lived whatever you know? 4 years ago I made a serious lifestyle change which lead to me perusing a college degree. There were so many times during the past 4 years where I wanted to quit. I would stand in the mirror naked and imagine being a stripper and no offense to strippers, but my parental units would of killed me if I would have taken that route. All jokes aside.. I have been making some pretty heavy life decisions as of late and all of them have worked out perfectly for my RL. I am so glad I decided to keep going with school and I am so very proud of myself today.» View author and full post…

You should visit Vendiagrom, books are everywhere! on the table, on the floor, on top of shelves. it’s like book lover’s paradise also a great place for photography esp if your wearing school themed clothes and this is the outfit i wore during my visit there. my very first purchase from Coldlogic. is this long sleeve top in pink that i paired with a skinny jeans a new release from Metaphoria.

both mesh items are great to have cos you can mix it with your past items and create a new look! i got the mesh hair from a past event. the headband has a color changeable option. it is now available at Alice Project Mainstore. 

I am a book lover myself. i love to read and have accumulated tons of books. the first book i bought was a true to life story of Adeline Yen Mah. “Falling Leaves”. a memoir of an unwanted chinese daughter. it’s more like a real life cinderella story minus the crystal shoes, fairy godmother and prince charming.

Last year I graduated with an Associates in Network Administration. I absolutely loved my college experience I mean it wasn’t frat parties and streaking…no nothing crazy like that but I loved it because I had independence to control my education the way I wanted.

As you may know Lili always stays with just a few good friends I don’t need a gang of friends to make me feel loved hehe. The friends I had in college I still talk to we remember the lunch breaks at the local chinese food place. The events we had…everything in college was AMAZING

So amazing I thought I might even try in SL to see what experience I’d have there…

I looked at a few schools on there but none fit the RP I really want but I did find an outfit that had a very college-ish look and since I hate entering something new by myself I took my Inu Spirit. Now my Inu Spirit is my valentines day present from my Sissy, Inu When he is with me its like I have Inu by my side and I feel better.

Lately I’ve been thinking about high school a lot. I remember my outcast days of sitting out in the school garden for lunch. I was a compassionate flower and felt bad for the birds so I would always give them my crusts while I watched the cliques laugh at the other cliques. The jocks, cheerleaders, geeks, goths, and whatnot. I sat with the “outcasts” but if you ask me our group was bigger than all the other ones and we all got along

I used to be that girl….The teacher’s pet they called me. I loved to always be on the move at school getting my homework done. As we get older we realize…cliques don’t last. In the “real world” we are all applying for the same thing and “Prom Queen” doesn’t work on your resume now does it? Its the grades…the education and drive to be ahead. The “most likely to succeed” might have gone lazy over the years  while the “class clown” smartened up and bought himself a business venue.
