DRBC have this gorgeous mesh dress and appliers out for the event, I’m so loving the skull print, and actually I’m sure Ive seen this print in RL somewhere but I cant for the life of me think where lol, I’m sure it will come to me. The dress comes with Tango applier but can be worn without implants.

Zento are one of the stores I look forward to each week for this event, cos their tatts are so pretty and detailed.

So, as I already said, World Goth Fair started. There is PLENTY of neat stuff to choose from. Two of my favourite pieces are the little bolero offered back Lassitude & Ennui and these awesome dresses by Bilo called Salome. They come in a wide array of colours many of those more than perfectly fitting for role-play, also for Gor.

Another creator who has a stall at the World Goth Fair, but isn’t yet featured in this post, is Senzafine. Check them out! Their stuff is nice, especially the stuff they have at their mainstore for the not so gothly people. Don’t forget to check out The Muses‘ stall either! Very pretty dress to get there.

Mesh and system layers??

Manyl people loathe system layers ever since mesh was introduced. I think that is pretty damned naive tbh. They are -awesome- still for layering and for creating unique outfits. One of my largest petpeeves with mesh dresses is the fact that it is incredibly hard to mix and match them with just about everything else. Todays World Goth Fair post focuses on skin and eyes.  The Plastik have released a new gothly pale skin for the event and it comes in 8 different versions  along with eye liner layers, freckle layers, cleavage enhancement layers and mesh breast appliers.  I wanted to get some close ups of the different faces of the 8 versions so I included some eyes you can find at the fair from a few different places as well.  All of the eyes mentioned today come with mesh options as well so it’s great for those that like to mix and match their eyes for unique looks.

The Heavy face has some nice dark eyeshadow shading and an almost Queen Amidala style lipstick.  The eyes in this shot from Rue are from the Pluto range and have some gorgeous shades of blue.

The Intense face darkens the eyeshadow and lightens the lipstick from the Heavy version.  The Rue Pluto eyes in the Manx set feature very vibrant greens.

The Liner face is a nice simple make up liner with no lipstick.  Perfect for those that like to add their own lipsticks.  The Korat set from Rue Pluto eyes has some very nice blue / purple combinations with a mixture of pale and dark eyes.» View author and full post…

Into the sun. It’s in a way exactly what the Sophie Lancaster Foundation is about: working on spreading tolerance to include also the people who simply dress differently. It’s rather mind-breakingly sad that this has to be any kind of issue, but we all know it is. The world is exactly that sometimes: mind-breakingly sad.

There should be a base respect within us for other human beings, no matter what they look like or how they dress. It is strange how much easier it is to channel all the negativity you feel toward anything different than to face what is really the matter. No one can change how people react toward differences, but we can change what is considered different. Eventually.

Most importantly, we should — everyone should — stop trying to hide in the shadows and simply be who you are, no matter if it fits in the norm or not. Same of course vice versa, don’t try to be something you are not. Simply be yourself. Be so proudly, in the sun. The norm will change in time: gradually, eventually, one person at a time.

Okay so tomorrow a very important event opens! This is the World Goth Fair 2013. If you know nothing about this fair then check out the webpage HERE. The basic information is that proceeds from the SL fair go towards the Sophie Lancaster Foundation which focuses on creating respect and understanding of subcultures within our communities. This is a UK based charity.

So as part of this SL designers who are participating in this have created a variety of items available for this fair. Where indicated most items have a percentage that is paid towards the charity.

The SKIN that I am wearing I LOVE, and it is really not usual for me to wear such a pale skin, but The Plastik skins are always such lovely quality. So as I have said, this skin is available from The Plastik which will be located on the Cursed Sim of the Goth Fair! (Skin comes with the freckle option, so you do not have to have freckles, also I am wearing a tattoo layer on my face that is from a different place…see below)

World Goth Fair starts this week, it’s dedicated to the Sophie Lancaster Foundation, its an UK charity which was founded of the brutal murder of Sophie Lancaster, just because she was goth.

Hello Girlies!!

I tried to make this post last night, but SL/FS had it in for me and I crashed every time I took a pic (Thinkin its time to upgrade to new FS)

The beautiful lingerie is newness from Rack city, and is available in 3 colours for the 100 block event. These are so smoking hawt, and I love the lace detail on the ass <3

I adore this corsets by The Plastik and comes in a ton of gorgeous rich colours and fabrics. They are wearable with and without the hips, I love these with the hips attached, these are seriously beautiful <3 Its not the first one I’ve posted and It wont be the last!
