Ploom ~ Harlowe @ Skin Fair 2013

Ploom has the Harlowe skin at Skin Fair 2013.. This skin features nice body toning and shading, in seven skin tones. I’m blogging the Cream skin tone, as its close to the range of skin tone I usually wear, but I also really liked the Vanilla which is paler then I usually wear but a really nice pale tone. The skin is available in five makeups, and with purchase you also get two eyebrow shapers, breast enhancer, nail cover, and lash tattoo. I’m wearing the included prim feather lashes. Wasabi Pills just released this lovely long mesh hair style. I like that it’s a bit wavy, it has a nice casual look.

Color and Contrast

I love the contrast between the bold colored stripes on the sleeves with the solid black dress.

I added these fun shoes from MiaMai – the Miranda pumps in orange and blue draw in two of the colors from the sleeves. Orange and teal are opposites on the color wheel and will almost always work well together. In this picture you can’t quite the blue in the sleeves, but it’s there on the inside of the sleeves. Because it’s often hidden, I decided to add a bit of additional blue with the nails on my SLink mesh hands.

Here you can see the blue and the fabulous Wasabi Pills hair that was just released. There is a HUD for changing the headband color and many color choices. The necklace and earrings are from Chop Zuey and echo the orange in the other elements of my outfit. I like the bold, modernity that is a good complement to the dress.

My skin is PXL Creations Faith – a lovely orange shadow and a glossy nude lipstick were added with tattoo layers.

Invite me to Vintage Fair

Hellos Sweets,

finally Friday .. and finally one day before Vintage Fair 2012 opens their door to puplic. Yes, Nestor has already posted some of the details of the upcoming Vintage Fair 2012. Vintage Fair 2012 is organised by the wonderful team of CHIC Managment around Keira Seerose. The great (and this year 3 sims spanning) fairground was created by Trompe Loeil and is completly meshed. So you need a mesh capable viewer to the builds displayed correctly.

The complete event could not have been possible without the support of the great sponsors ( Aura, Belleza,Cheeky Pea, Cold Logic, Indyra Originals, oOo Studio, PurpleMoon Creations, Trompe Loeil and GizzA Creations ) and all participating merchants there.
